Supply list
- 20 inch square of cotton linen (for each napkin, finished size 17″)
- Decorative thread
- Water-soluble stabilizer
- Wing needle
- Regular sewing machine needle
- Marking pen (fabric folding pen works well if you have one)
- Rotary cutting ruler
