This is one cool backpack pattern! It has a unique style and is easy to sew with a top zipper, a snappy swivel hook closure, adjustable straps and two cute patch pockets.

A comment from Norma Peckover
I used leatherette for the bottom, the pocket and straps. I’d never worked with leatherette before and it worked very well for this bag. I also embroidered onto the pocket to add a personal touch and make the bag even more unique. It came out lovely and I’m really enjoying using it. What a great pattern. Thanks for creating it Brenda. I recommend others give it a try.
