A sewing class to create a bag that has everything!
Classes at the ABQ Studio are a fun way to spend a day with a friend, make new friends and make create a terrific bag. Earlier in the month five excited students gathered to make the Everything Goes Bag.
This bag design has a bit of a story behind it. It actually started out as another bag altogether.
Everything Goes is a traveller’s best friend with it’s fully zippered top and two exterior pockets.
Inside it features a zippered security pocket, perfect for your passport, two padded technology pockets (think ipads and readers) and a divided slip pocket. Even with all these pockets, there is a ton of room inside for all your travel purchases and take-alongs.
Joining a class is a fun way to spend a day. Students have been coming from far and wide to join in on our classes held at the ABQ Sewing Studio in Strathroy,Ontario.
It’s nice to see repeat students and friends Verita and Paulette. They’ve followed me around the countryside to catch some of my classes. Paulette brought along pink and blue fabric to match her existing Voyager Bag in order to create a set of travel bags.

Come to a class
It’s great fun making your own bag. And there’s nothing like the feeling of accomplishment that gives. I hope you can join me at some future date to create your own stunning, handcrafted bag!
