How to Use the Order Form

The bolded title in the menu above shows the section of the order form where you are currently. To switch back and forth between sections, either select a section heading OR scroll to the bottom of the page and hit previous/next.

You may return to any section to make changes before submitting your order, but be sure to select the section heading or use the previous/next buttons as described above. **Important** Do not refresh the page or hit the back button on your browser or you will have to start over.

Note that your first order requires a minimum of $50.00 (before taxes and shipping). Please be sure you have read our purchasing information page before placing an order.

Bag Patterns & Matching Hardware Kits
Zippers

Your total before taxes and shipping will show at the top of the Place Your Order section.

When you've made all your pattern, hardware kits, and zipper selections, fill out your shop's information, and choose your billing method. Taxes and exact shipping costs will be calculated and added to your invoice once your order is received.

If you are requesting credit terms we will contact you to complete your application. If you request a shipping estimate we will contact you with that information. Otherwise, you will receive a summary of your order and we will begin processing it.
