Learn all about the wonderful world of long-arm quilting. You’ll be taking a lesson on our machine so that you’ll be able to rent it going forward to complete your quilts. Kelley Richardson a professional long-arm quilter is your teacher and she’ll be showing you how to wind a bobbin, adjust tension and how to choose the ideal thread and batting for your quilt. You’ll also be getting time on the machine to learn some free motion techniques. This certification must be taken in order to rent the long-arm machine in future. 4 student limit.
Going forward, rental on our machine is $25 per hour. Rental time is available Thursday – Saturday and can be booked by phone )519-205-0523 or in-person. You will receive one free hour for every 10 hours of rental time.
Please refrain from wearing perfume on the day of class.
